31 May 2012 School's decade of success A Swansea school is celebrating a decade of continuous environmental improvement Brynhyfyrd Infant School has achieved the Eco-Schools Platinum award as well as a fourth international green flag.
Children at the school in Llangyfelach Road have access to allotments and large planters.
Brynhyfyrd Infant School head teacher Kathryn Richards said: "The children, staff and Governors are absolutely delighted to have achieved this prestigious award after many years of our ongoing commitment to working towards a sustainable lifestyle."
