25 November 2011 You shall go to class! Bilsthorpe's Crompton View Primary is one of the schools taking part in a unique re-telling of a traditional Christmas pantomime with an environmental theme. The eco version of Cinderella has been written by Nottinghamshire County Councils Schools Waste Action Club (SWAC), which will be working with pupils to put on the panto as part of their Christmas celebrations on 1st December.
SWAC officers will help pupils prepare, rehearse and perform the show, which features not one Fairy Godmother but three - Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. For the full news article and to be taken to the website, click here |
